Variable Colour Welding Lens

Customisable Head Harness

The G5-03 Pro head harness is completely adjustable for a personalised fit. Designed for extended use in hard-wearing environments, the head harness evenly distributes weight to avoid fatigue and pressure points. An extra-large back pad provides additional support at the rear of the harness.

Featuring a light shade of 3 and dark shades 5, 8-14, the G5-03 VC lens offers excellent versatility and is suitable for all common welding applications including MIG/MAG, MMAW, and TIG welding. New TAP technology allows you to easily switch between welding, cutting and grinding modes by simply tapping the outside of the helmet.

Task Light Designed for Welding

An optional helmet-mounted task light is available, for welders working in low-light environments. Powered by the Adflo PAPR battery, the task light casts a wide light on your workspace, with even light distribution and adjustable light intensity.

HD Battery with One Hour Rapid Charge

Heavy-duty welders require robust protection. To that end, the new heavy-duty Adflo battery offers a run-time of approximately 12 hours depending on conditions (4 hours longer than the standard Adflo battery). Rapid charge functionality means the battery can charge from 0-80% in just one hour, meaning you’re ready to weld sooner!

High Level of Protection

The Adflo respirator complies with Australian and New Zealand Standard AS/NZS 1716 for powered air respirators and offers a Required Minimum Protection Factor (RMPF) of 50 for mechanically and thermally generated particles.

Intuitive Airflow Design

The unique airflow design ensures that filtered air is distributed uniformly across the welder’s entire breathing zone. The advanced turbo unit maintains a constant airflow rate, while the diffuser evenly disperses the air for optimal comfort.

Mobile, Light Weight Welding Respirator

Powered air respiratory protection that goes where you go. The Adflo welding PAPR is slim, lightweight and belt-mounted, allowing full mobility as you move around the workplace. The new Li-ion Adflo respirator is over 15% lighter than the older style version with Ni-MH (black) battery.

Powerful Protection Against Welding Fume & Gases

The Adflo PAPR offers effective particulate protection against welding fume, and is also available with stackable gas filters if required. Battery and filter indicators assist the user in knowing when charging and filter changes are required.

Self-Adjusting Breathing Hose

Designed for simple connection, the quick-release breathing tube allows for one handed connection and release. The hose is self-adjusting, meaning it is always kept close to the welders back and away from getting caught on surrounding objects.

Increased Airflow for Hot, Humid Jobs

Regardless of the battery charge or the particle loading of the filter, the intelligent turbo unit maintains a steady airflow rate of 170 litres per minute. However, for welding in hot and humid environments, you can raise the airflow to 200 litres per minute to decrease fatigue and improve comfort.
