Payment on Credit card can be made instore or details supplied to the Sales Staff for processing.
Account customers settling their account outside of trading terms attract a 0.76% processing fee.
We do not accept American Express or Diners Club.
We only accept payment via bank transfer using the Swift Code (details at the bottom of your quote) using the Quote number in your reference.
Claims for return of goods must be made within 7 days of purchase. A handling/restocking charge may apply. Special orders and cut lengths are not returnable.
All goods can be collected from our Morningside store location (please always check that your order is ready prior to coming to collect) during business hours – 7:30am – 4:30pm.
Calculated on a per sale basis or alternatively we can forward by your nominated carrier. We can arrange shipment Australia wide.
Where goods fit into an Australia Post International prepaid satchel we are happy to quote for postage.
All other item sales will only be carried out on an ex-works basis – goods are to be collected from our Morningside warehouse by your carrier and all costs involved with delivery are at your expense.
Please fill in your warranty card or register online if required on purchase of any product.
We will honour all warranties as offered by each manufacturer.
If tools are to be returned to ourselves for Warranty claims all freight charges between ourselves and the end user will be at the expense of the purchaser.
