TIG Brush 700 Features and Benefits
- The market leader in weld cleaning performance. Retains market dominance – for a good reason.
- Cleans and passivates TIG, MIG, MAG, Sub Arc, Stick & Laser.
- The fastest and most powerful unit for those who need the best.
- Perfect for heavy-duty projects delivering quality, visually pleasing finished welds that last.
- Simple to set-up and use.
- Clean, Polish and Branding capabilities.
- Cleaning tool range using Push-in brush (PIB) technology.
- Compatible with all TIG Brush application tools.
The 700 comes standard as a Slimline PROPEL Kit, using the latest patented push-in brush (PIB) technology which is more resistant to corrosion and more resistant to seizing. In fact, PIB precision engineering uses fine tolerances so the brush can be easily pushed in and stay in place, providing the user with an application tool that is incredibly reliable and easier to clean and maintain.
The 700 Slimline Kit also includes all the essential consumables you need to start cleaning welds including the 700 control unit, Slimline application tool with 4M/13’ cable, ground cable, 10 pack of Push-In brushes, 1L/Q weld cleaning fluid, 1L/Q neutralising fluid, PPE, fluid jar and spray bottle, Instruction Manual and Quickstart Guides.
The 700 is also compatible with other TIG Brush application tools, such as the LokWand, the Classic Wand, PROPEL Torch and the Flexi Handle. All alternate application tools are available as add-on purchases.

Next-Generation Comfort, Engineered for Professionals
The TIG Brush series is designed with a deep understanding of real-world welding environments, where performance and ergonomics are equally critical. Each unit is engineered to deliver maximum output efficiency while ensuring operator comfort during extended use.
Compact in form for optimal portability across job sites, the unit features streamlined control interfaces that reduce setup time and learning curves. A low center of gravity and bottom-weighted chassis enhance stability during operation, eliminating tip-over risks in workshop or field environments.
From design to execution, every detail of the TIG Brush is focused on improving user workflow, reducing fatigue, and delivering consistent, high-quality results – job after job.
To ensure a reliable and safe experience, the TIG Brush features a unique variable power supply, enabled by our patented Dynamic Power Transfer
What is Dynamic Power Transfer?
The TIG Brush uses a conductive brush with extremely low resistance, meaning it requires very little voltage (or pressure) to push current through. In fact, one of the challenges with this design is that it becomes difficult to limit the current, which can cause the brush to run too hot.
As the brush wears down over time, its resistance decreases even further – potentially making current control even more unstable.
Recognising this, Ensitech developed Dynamic Power Transfer – a patented technology that powers the TIG Brush’s variable power supply. This intelligent system adjusts output in real time, ensuring a consistent, safe, and reliable user experience, regardless of brush wear or surface condition. It’s one of the core innovations that sets TIG Brush apart.
100% Duty Cycle – No Downtime. No Compromise.
Some manufacturers cut costs by using lower-grade components that can’t handle continuous operation. To prevent overheating or damage, these machines rely on a limited “duty cycle” – meaning they must be shut down periodically to cool off. Not the TIG Brush.
Built with premium components and engineered for endurance, the TIG Brush operates at a true 100% duty cycle. That means you can run it continuously, without pauses or cooldowns – no matter how demanding the job.
No rest. No waiting. Just uninterrupted performance, shift after shift.
