Climate Control
The two levers on either side of your Speedglas G5-03 helmet will allow you to adjust the amount and direction of the airflow within your welding helmet to meet your exact preference; all while keeping your welding helmet on, and your eye, face, and respiratory protection in place.

Effective Welding Fume Protection
A comfortable, secure face seal follows the contours of the helmet and face to form an effective positive pressure respiratory seal within the G5-03 Pro Air welding helmet. Filtered air is then evenly distributed throughout the breathing zone via the helmet’s unique airflow pattern.

Exclusive Speedglas TAP Technology
Speedglas G5-03 VC delivers all-new TAP technology to allow seamless switching between weld, cut, and grind modes by tapping the outside of your welding helmet. This allows you to cycle between modes without removing your helmet and compromising your protection.

Variable Colour in the Dark State
Designed for better contrast for your welds and comfort for your eyes, the G5-03VC welding lens lets you choose the optimal colour tone for your dark state. Select cool, warm, or natural tones based on your specific preference.

Working at High Amperages?
For high amp welding in hard wearing environments, the Speedglas G5-03 VC auto-darkening lens has an extra dark shade 14 tailor-made for heavy-duty applications.

Bluetooth® Lens Technology
With the 3M Connected Equipment app, welders can pair their G5-03 welding helmet lens to their smart phone to remotely switch between dark shades, variable colour tones, and program their preferred settings as memory modes.

Huge Viewing Area with SideWindows
With the G5-03VC welding lens, welders can enjoy a massive 73 x 109mm viewing area. What’s more, previously hidden peripheral hazards like beams, obstacles, and other workers are clearly visible through two shade 5 SideWindows.

Configurable Head Harness
Personalise the fit of your G5-03 Pro welding helmet with its fully adjustable head harness. To limit duress over long shifts, this harness evenly distributes weight across the head to avoid pressure points. Additional support is offered by an extra-large back pad at the rear of the harness.

Weld, Cut, Grind & Tack
Each G5-03 VC lens can adapt to all common welding applications including MIG/MAG, MMAW, and TIG welding. With a light shade of 3 and dark shades 5, 8-14, the lens also features a new TAP function that allows you to easily switch settings by simply tapping the outside of the helmet.
